Shipping Methods: We offer shipping worldwide. The shipping method and delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected during checkout.

We have four different shipping options, each with increasing price and speed:

  • Budget
  • Standard
  • Express
  • Overnight
  • Budget shipping has slower delivery times compared to standard shipping and is typically sent using an untracked service.

Standard shipping may be tracked or untracked for most products depending on the destination. Please get in touch if you require tracking.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. 

Express shipping is typically handled by a courier and includes tracking. This is a fast, premium service designed for time-sensitive deliveries.

Overnight shipping is only offered for customers in the UK and US.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unexpected circumstances.

 

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your piece. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bylisahwang.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your request. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
